Ali is the Chair of PEAL Capital Partners UK. She is responsible for managing and providing oversight of service providers and governance on procedural matters internally, as part of the PEAL management team.

Ali started her banking career with HSBC in 1985, undertaking a variety of front-line senior management roles and implementing strategic change across various networks. In 2002 she joined Barclays Wealth & Investment Management running products and propositions, latterly becoming a private banker & investment advisor. Ali has an Investment Advice Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Since 2015, Ali has specialised in business transformation, jointly leading the first orderly wind down of a UK bank & asset manager. Ali has also worked offshore on banking acquisitions and managed rationalisation and disentanglement programs for pre/post asset sales.

Ali is Director of Sevenhampton Associates Limited.
