Founded in the UK by two former NHS doctors, Derma Med Ltd ("Derma Medical") provides high quality training in non-invasive aesthetic procedures to medical practitioners across the UK, Ireland, UAE, Australia and more recently parts of the US.
Derma Medical is a leading provider of training in the aesthetics field, offering medical professionals and those registered with professional statutory and regulatory bodies (PSRBs), such as the General Medical Council (GMC), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), General Dental Council (GDC) and General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with recognized qualifications. The Company has built a reputation for the highest quality training, offering courses up to Level 7 which are accredited by the UK Government through Ofqual. The UK is considered a prestigious location for medical training and medical practitioners travel from all over the world to attend DM’s courses.
The global injectables market is projected to grow from $4.77 billion in 2021 to $9.07 billion in 2028 (Fortune, 2021). The COVID-19 pandemic underscored the resilience of the injectables market, which had already been evident in previous crises: during the 2008 recession the market only lost 2.4% of its sales (McKinsey, 2021). The aesthetics industry globally is largely unregulated, and this is a key concern for PEAL. We have created a Medical Panel with DM who pro-actively engage with the UK Government to clamp down on individuals with no medical training providing Botox and dermal filler services. New UK legislation on this matter is pending.

With courses to suit all levels, from foundation to the most experienced practitioners, the company has always been committed to the gold standard of training in line with the latest guidelines for delivering non-surgical cosmetic interventions. This approach has seen its courses endorsed and regulated by leading organizations such as the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) and The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).

Industry Leading Techniques
A key feature which sets Derma Medical apart from other cosmetic training courses is the volume of live models they arrange for training days rather than delegates bringing their own model or injecting on plastic mannequins. By teaching on real patients Derma Medical provides a realistic, clinical environment which allows delegates to assess facial anatomy and adjust treatments to the individual.
