She has worked extensively in private banking roles with responsibility for corporate governance, risk, operations and project management supporting entities in the U.S, EMEA, Asia and Latin America.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Tara spent 23 years at JP Morgan Private Banking in operations and risk management. Tara was Chief Risk Officer for JP Morgan (Suisse) SA, responsible for oversight of all key risks in the two lines of business – Private Banking and Securities Services. Tara was a key member of the primary governance forums as well as the co-chair of the Risk Committee and the Reputation Risk Committee. Prior to this role, Tara was Chief Operating Officer for the Global Chief Risk Officer of JP Morgan Private Bank in New York.<\/span><\/p>\n Tara oversees operations, finance, HR, fund administration, ESG and risk. She supports the investment team with operational due diligence, building value creation plans and ESG considerations.<\/span><\/p>\n Tara has a degree in History and Politics from University College Dublin and is an EMCC accredited Executive & Leadership Coach.
