In addition to his role as COO, he assists the broader Maroone family office with investments including public equity, private equity and real estate opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n William started his career at BMGI, the investment firm for Bill and Melinda Gates and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Trust, where he focused on direct public equity investments.
