Leila Khazaneh

General Counsel

Leila Khazaneh is an international legal executive with over 25 years of experience in transactional and regulatory roles within financial services and other regulated industries.

Leila began her career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, specializing in M&A and capital markets transactions. She subsequently joined JPMorgan in London as Head of Legal Europe, playing a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s European asset management operations.

She served on JPMorgan Asset Management’s International Management and Operations committees. Later, as General Counsel at Jabre Capital Partners, she established and lead the legal and regulatory framework for the Swiss-based global investment platform.

Leila holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law and serves on its European Advisory Board. She also serves as an independent director and legal advisor on the boards of private investment management companies.
