Fewer than 5% of eligible women in the U.S. are treated for menopause. The gap in hormone care, across menopause, andropause, weight management and functional health, is one of the largest unmet needs in healthcare, and PEAL has spent the past four years building the platform to close it.
That platform is L&H Healthcare Services Ltd, the Longevity & Hormones (“L&H”) Platform: the first business to integrate the full patient journey in hormone health. Five divisions work as one loop, each strengthening the next: Consumer Education creates demand, Medical Education trains the clinicians to meet it, Clinics deliver the care, Hormone Supply keeps patients on therapy and Research & Data turns every stage into evidence.
Built through acquisitions between 2022 and 2026, the platform now reaches 1.6m women through the Balance app, has trained more than 91,000 clinicians through accredited courses, and has treated over 100,000 patients through clinics led by the largest menopause clinic in Europe. Its own hormone supply opens a $25bn global market beyond the clinic walls.
With 127 publications and 164m symptom logs, L&H ranks first in published women’s hormone research, an evidence base that sets it apart from any competitor and has earned it a seat at the table with regulators, including the FDA, on the future of hormone therapy for women. By investing in platforms that integrate training, data and clinical delivery, PEAL is shaping the future of preventive and personalised medicine on a global scale.
