Our investment thesis centres on addressing the global unmet need in age-related and hormone-based care, spanning menopause, andropause, weight management, and functional health. Since 2022, PEAL has built a portfolio united by a single mission: to redefine how healthcare professionals are trained, accredited, and supported in delivering evidence-based longevity care worldwide.

At the core of this portfolio is L&H Healthcare Services Ltd, a platform specialising in longevity and hormonal health. L&H integrates accredited medical education through the Global Longevity Academy with advanced clinical care delivered by L&H Clinics, creating a closed-loop model in which data, education, and clinical practice continually reinforce one another. This alignment drives innovation, raises clinical quality, and enables scalable market expansion.

Built through eight strategic acquisitions between 2022 and 2026, L&H Healthcare now provides CME- and CPD-accredited training for healthcare professionals while operating a network of leading clinics offering evidence-based treatments in hormone optimisation and healthy ageing. Since 2011, the medical leadership team have played a pivotal role in shaping UK government policy and developing clinical protocols across menopause, andropause, thyroid function, and weight management.
