Lina Chan

Lina is a Non-Executive Director of PEAL Capital Group. 

Bringing experience across private equity, women’s health entrepreneurship and consumer healthcare strategy.

She is currently Director of Women’s Health at Holland & Barrett and former CEO and co-founder of Parla, a women’s health platform acquired by Holland & Barrett in 2022. Lina founded Parla in 2018 to improve access to expert-led women’s health education and support, combining clinical credibility with scalable digital delivery.
Earlier in her career, Lina worked as a private equity investor in both the US and UK, developing expertise in growth strategy, capital allocation and scaling healthcare businesses.

She is also a regular public speaker and mentor to female founders, with a focus on advancing women’s health across the reproductive lifespan.
